GhostLoop Daily is a daily arcade game. This policy covers the GhostLoop Daily iOS app and nothing else. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
We do not have a server, we do not have an analytics tool, and we do not have an advertising partner. There is no account to create and no email address to give us. The only data that ever leaves your device is the replay of a run you chose to play, and only when it beats your own previous best for that day.

These records are stored in Apple's CloudKit public database, inside our own container. They are identified by a salted, truncated, one-way hash of your Game Center player identifier. We never store the identifier itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into an account.
Your streak, your Glow balance, your unlocked cosmetics, your settings, your attempt history, and every run that was not a personal best stay in the app's own folder on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
No name, no email address, no phone number, no postal address, no location, no contacts, no photos, no health data, no browsing or search history, no advertising identifier, and no usage analytics of any kind.
All purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your payment details. The app asks Apple which items you own and stores the answer locally so your cosmetics appear correctly.
GhostLoop Daily is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. It contains no messaging, no chat, no user-written text, no photos, and no way for one player to send anything to another. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. We cannot send you a push message, because we have no server to send one from. Every notification type can be switched off individually in the app's Settings.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what leaves your device, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
